Shipping & Delivery Policy

At A Lotta Wellness, we take great care in preparing and delivering our fresh, cold-pressed juice shots. Because our products are perishable and require refrigeration, the following policies apply to all deliveries and future shipments.


Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within designated service areas.

Delivery Timing

  • Delivery windows will be communicated at checkout or by confirmation message.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • A cooler and icepack set in front of the door to place order inside is highly advised to ensure refrigeration. 

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time and/or cooler is set outside with icepacks. 

  • Juice shots must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Once delivery has been completed to the address provided and confirmation has been made (including photo confirmation, where applicable), risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Unattended deliveries

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Temperature exposure after confirmed drop-off

  • Theft or loss after delivery confirmation


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

For local pickup orders:

  • Customers must pick up orders at the agreed-upon time.

  • Products must be refrigerated promptly after pickup.

  • Once an order has been picked up, A Lotta Wellness is not responsible for storage conditions.


Future Shipping (Cold Shipments)

If we offer shipping in the future, juice shots will be shipped using insulated packaging with cold packs designed to maintain freshness during transit.

Shipping Conditions

  • Orders will be shipped via selected carriers with estimated delivery timeframes.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

Temperature & Handling

Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Delivery access issues

  • Packages left unattended

  • Improper storage after confirmed delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Power outages

  • Supply chain interruptions
