Return Policy

At A Lotta Wellness, we craft fresh, cold-pressed juice shots using high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items that require refrigeration, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Perishable Goods Policy

Our juice shots are made fresh and must be kept refrigerated.

Due to health and safety regulations, returned consumable products cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Compromised in transit

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at alottawellness@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Local Delivery Policy

For local deliveries:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

  • Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Once delivery is completed to the address provided and confirmation is made, A Lotta Wellness is not responsible for improper storage, temperature exposure, or unattended packages.

Refunds will not be issued for products left unrefrigerated after delivery.


Local Pickup Policy

For local pickup orders:

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time.

  • Products must be refrigerated promptly after pickup.

Once picked up, we are not responsible for storage conditions.


Future Shipping Policy (If Applicable)

If we offer shipping in the future:

  • Juice shots will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs.

  • Customers must ensure prompt retrieval of packages upon delivery.

  • Products must be refrigerated immediately.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, delivery access issues, or improper storage after confirmed delivery.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once prepared or out for delivery, orders cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our products.
